Pacific Consulting & Trading was the vision of a futuristic entrepreneur Khaled Abdullah Khan. It started its operation in 2001 with its Head Office at Karachi, Pakistan.
At a time when the competition in the Pakistan market was at its peak Khaled Abdullah Khan decided to focus on the Foreign Funded Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Projects in Afghanistan with the brief that in this market there will be a lot of untapped space in the market which is one of the premises of “Blue Ocean Strategy”.
The Blue Ocean Strategy came into limelight in award 2002/2003 and the above the strategy was highlighted in around 2000.
The real breakthrough for PCT came in 2004 when PCT signed a “Reseller Agreement” with NCR Corporation for distribution of its Products in Afghanistan market.

In Pakistan, we have been associated with construction industry since the earthquake disaster of 2005. We have been involved in many projects in Northern Area with our partners Ibad Shaheryar (Pvt.) Ltd. Only recently we have completed prefabricated project at DHA City in collaboration with a very known and reliable construction company.
